Return Policy

Please contact our customer service department at (888) 220-0078 to receive a Return Authorization Number. Once a RAN is approved, the product must be received within 30 days. Returns received after 30 days will be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

1. All products must be in their original packaging and double boxed with the RAN written on the outside of the package. Any product in a manufacturer sealed package must be unopened for a refund.
2. Defective products will be replaced or repaired depending upon the manufacturer's policy. 
3. Returns will be accepted for up to 30 days from the original purchase date with an approved RAN.
4. You are responsible for the shipping costs on returns and exchanges.
5. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the method of payment for the merchandise portion only.
6. A refund will be issued within 30 days of receipt of returned products.
7. Shipping costs are non-refundable. No credit will be given for shipping on returns.
8. Special order items are non-returnable.
9. Manufactured Discontinued Products are non-returnable.
10. Orders returned without a Return Authorization Number (RAN) will not be accepted.
11. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover the cost of processing the return.
