Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Cost:  Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order," "per item" and "per pound" basis and is based on the shipping zip code and option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific shipping options in select categories, or free shipping sitewide. All Free Shipping orders will ship Standard Ground & may take up to 5-7 days for delivery.

Standard Shipping:  All orders placed before 4:00 pm EST. will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 4:00 pm will be shipped the following business day. Most orders are delivered in 2 – 3 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days for delivery depending on your specific delivery location. Orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service. Your order may ship in multiple boxes and from multiple locations based on the product you order.

Expedited Shipping:  We can ship your order to arrive via UPS Next Day Air Saver or UPS Second Day Air Saver if you prefer. These charges are calculated based on the total weight of your products and your delivery zone. Your actual charges will be displayed for each shipping option. Expedited Shipping may not be available for all shipping zones.

International Shipping:   We currently do not ship internationally.

PO boxes:  Please note that based on size, weight or supplier restrictions, some products cannot be shipped to, or may be delayed when shipped to, a PO box address. If you stipulate a PO box as the shipping address for one of these items, you will see a shipping alert in your cart, where alternative options will be provided.

Lost or Stolen Orders: We accept no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen. We may at our sole discretion, provide an affidavit in case a replacement is needed.
